U-Verse On Demand Movie would never play properly - I want a Refund

I tried MULTIPLE times over the two-day rental period and the movie would never play without pauses/skips/frozen screen many times a minute. I have numerous streaming services that I have zero issues with. Internet is also AT&T. How do I get my money refunded?
