Uverse App

When I use Uverse App to access the Golf Channel, I get Bravo. Has been like this for about a month now. Going to be fixed anytime soon?

Oh wow. That *is* weird. I just confirmed your issue on my app.

@ATTDmitriyCM can you please send this one on up? Thanks!

@K900zxi @baseballisback @skeeterintexas

Thank you for posting, and sorry for the inconvenience. We can definitely ask someone to look into this.

Can you please get me a bit more info, so we can get it addressed as soon as possible?

What are the channel numbers? And what OS are you seeing it on? I assume the app is up-to-date, but just in case, can you please make sure there is no update available at this time.

Thank you,

Dmitriy

Golf is channel 1641. It's also happening on 641 SD.

It's happening on my Android app current version and everything is current.

I am using Uverse App on Firestick ... AT&T U-verse Fire TV v2.2.2.0010   Build 01-01-81

Golf is supposed to be on 1641,  Bravo on 1181 (which seems to work ok)

Hi @K900zxi (@skeeterintexas @baseballisback )

I was notified that the issue was resolved. I believe it was actually fixed a few days ago, but we were just made aware of it today.

Can you please verify that it's now working as expected now?

Thank you,

Dmitriy

@ATTDmitriyCM It works for me once I clear the cache to get out of the usual "not available" error message.
