Watching U-verse TV

My U-verse has been out since 2/2/23. Outage map shows an outage EXCLUSIVELY in my neighborhood, the 78757 zip code. Tech support says the will not troubleshoot or send a tech until the outage is cleared. They say they will fix it in 24 hrs. It has been 14 days. What should I do?

I really like to watch One America News Network (OANN) and NewsMax. Unfortunately, neither AT&T nor Direct TV offer either of these news programs. Consequently, I now pay to stream OANN and NewsMax. Furthermore, both AT&T and Direct TV have lost all revenue my viewership generates. Way to go AT&T! W

I can't find Bally sports on the ATT listing. I have it on my U300 package-why is it not listed on ATT web site? Are the Bally channels included in the U200 package?

How do I request a channel be added to the uverse channel lineup?

About every 5 to 10 minutes our tvs (at different times) freeze. They then go to an error page, then they go back to the show or recording. The program guide for PBS (KVIE Sacramento) is incorrect and does not align with the actual programs. I contacted PBS and they said they can only show what ATT gives them, and ATT has not provided the correct information for a lot of programming. How can this get fixed?

I am a 12 year subscriber to DirecTV & have had AT&T cell service for 15 years. I am EXTREMELY disappointed that DirecTV is cancelling Newsmax—the last (Edited per community guidelines) news channel. If this is not resolved with Newsmax being restored I will be cancelling my subscriptions.
