Unplug everything.
Plug gateway back in and wait for normal operations.
Plug WAP back in and wait for normal operations.
Plug DVR back in for wait for normal operations.
Plug receivers back in and wait for normal operations.
When you plug everything back in, make sure all connections are tight.
Do this before you call.
