I watch a lot of sports, but tape most events. When I go into "My library" to watch a game, instead of letting me start at the beginning, about half the time it shows me a live screen with the score, removing any suspense. What causes this and how to I fix it?

One of the biggest downsides in moving from satellite to streaming is the 9 month expiration on dvr recordings. Is there anyway Directv stream can have a “video vault” that would protect say 50 hours of recordings ?

How much longer will it take Directv to add this feature ? Xfinity already gives Disney/Hulu for free, and allows the user to pay an extra 8 per month for the ad free version.

I cannot get any local channels on one of my tv’s. My zip code is 34983. I tried pushing the red button and also resetting. Still not working.

I get this message CONTINUALLY. I restarted the box and the router which is 20 feet away. I have an ethernet cable connection to another router in the back of the house that is connected to other devices and DO NOT HAVE THIS ISSUE... Greg R

So I rarely ever had this issue before, but I just moved and now I’m constantly getting buffering and the “Your video is still loading, thank you for your patience” message. A few pieces of pertinent information to better clarify my situation. 1. I’m using a streaming box, so this isn’t an issue wit
