When I elect to record a series, if it's an HBO series, it records the same episode multiple times. HOW do you limit the episodes to just one specific channel?

DirecTV Stream is picky about what they will let us connect on with changes over time. My first encounter with this was on Windows 7PRO +64bit. Then came the Roku 2 (Third Generation) Model 2720X.  Wish it was just a matter of some new features not running rather than cut off completely!
