Hello, When I signed up for direct tv last week, the rep confirmed the disney+ hulu package would be add free, I cancelled my paid for 20 dollar a month subscription and just found out the package through direct tv was the "With Ads" package, please allow DirectTV Stream users to choose an add free

I cannot get any local channels on one of my tv’s. My zip code is 34983. I tried pushing the red button and also resetting. Still not working.

I get this message CONTINUALLY. I restarted the box and the router which is 20 feet away. I have an ethernet cable connection to another router in the back of the house that is connected to other devices and DO NOT HAVE THIS ISSUE... Greg R
