Paramount +

Paramount + subscription stopped playing on DTV stream.  It will play previews but not TV episode content.   I thought it might have something to do with CBS's political issues but it plays ok on my PC devices.  All of my other apps work great in the DTV device.

Has anyone else encountered the same problem?

We've checked and found no issues with the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscription through DIRECTV. Please try giving your streaming device a quick restart or deleting and reinstalling the Paramount+ app, as that usually clears up these kinds of hiccups. Thanks for trying to help but none of that has worked, uninstalls, both app and DTV service too.

I've found no support anywhere that can help any more than those you've suggested.

I'm going to finish watching on my PC then delete and cancel the Paramount service completely.  Disappointing but there it is.

Paramount Plus app works fine on both my Gemini box (Osprey) and Gemini Air.

Thanks for the comment.  Mine is an Osprey.  Works fine via the internet (on a Fire Stick) and on a PC, just not working through Direct TV.

Are you logged into the correct Paramount plus account on the Paramount plus app with your Osprey? Either way--I'd try logging out of your Paramount plus app then logging back in.

Yes, I tried that too.  I even deleted the app twice just in case.  Puzzling this one.

Do you have a standalone membership with Paramount plus----or a membership with them thru Directv Stream? If you have your own--what kind? Paramount essentials or Paramount plus premium? B/c on the essential plan you can't watch some shows.
