Error message - video loading

When I use fast forward or rewind during playback of a recording, I frequently have an error message that says video is loading please be patient.

Appreciate you for flagging this, @Deborah2026. Does the buffering also occur when watching Live TV or On Demand? You can also try these troubleshooting steps, as this issue may be caused by slow internet or Wi-Fi speed:

 

1. Shut down your Gemini or compatible streaming device(s).

2. Power cycle your gateway or router by unplugging it from the power source and re-plugging it after 30 seconds.

3. Turn on your devices and restart DIRECTV.
