Updated DIRECTV Streaming App caused issue with favorites list
Upon updating the DIRECTV stream app on my tv, I now have an issue that has persisted for over a month. The guide now regularly says that I have no favorites saved when choosing the favorite menu even though I have many favorites chosen. The only way to correct the issue that I have found is to choose the recents guide & then go back to the favorites guide & my list reappears. Is there a solution available to correct this bug?

This usually happens when the app cache needs a refresh after an update, @ep987. Try a quick reinstall—deleting and re-downloading usually forces your favorites to sync back up. If that doesn't do the trick, contact us here: https://spr.ly/61218B8Gu4p Charles, DIRECTV Community Team
