Watching on Satellite

I have been having Accuweather issues since moving to Florida last year. On The Accuweather channel, it is displaying at the bottom of the page, "Your Local Conditions" as my old zip code in Virginia. If I press the red button, the correct location (my new zip code and city) appears. I have done eve

TV in this room not working (others in house are). One not working shows just a snowy screen. Faintly in background is this information: Channel 99 Stereo SAP Mono (highlighted in green) With the remote I cannot get the screen to change or work by pushing any button. Help?

I can't see any of the New Orleans Pelicans broadcast as an option in the Houston area market through my league pass subscription. My only viewing option to watch is through the team they are playing's broadcast. My son's in L.A.'s NBA League Pass on YouTube Tv provides him with both options.
