Watching on Satellite

We bought a 70" Samsung Smart TV and the Direct TV Remote Volume control stopped working. This is bad because the remote for the TV will not go High enough for full volume. The Genie Remote can't be programmed per instructions as the prompts are different than the online instructions

Why do you not carry the local CW channel in Northern Michigan in the Traverse City/Cadillac area? Spectrum Cable and Dish Network do. It is the only network that carries the Nascar Xfinity races this season, plus all the other CW programming.  Seems like DirecTV is trying to find ways to lose

HR44/500 receiver Pandora plays for less then one minute then skips to next song. On Genie it works fine.

I'm watching a UFL football game on my local channel 5 WEWS. Although it claims that it first aired on Sat, May 24, 2025' I watched this game I believe last week. I know I'm getting old but there were too many things that I recall in the game. Am I the only one experiencing this?? James

Pandora keeps stopping and skipping to the next song

Good afternoon, Please tell me if the Directv includes the basic broadcast channels: Fox, ABC, CBS, NBC. I am not inquiring about CNBC, CBS Sports or other specialized channels. Thank you Joseph

I keep getting the message "can't record this program because this location is not connected to the network." How do I fix this?
