Watching DIRECTV

I recently upgraded to the genie and after about two months, it started to freeze regularly maybe 5 to 10 times an hour of viewing. i reset it a number of times, and it did seem to make it less often, but still freezes. Other ideas?

Is there a way to make the new DirecTV Roku app start up to a channel? I hate the way it starts with a screen of previously watched channels.  It's too much like Youtube TV which has a horrible interface.

When I try to load my library in the DirecTV app on my Roku, it doesn't work. I can get it to work on my Chromecast with Google TV and on my Fire TV Stick. It just won't work on my Roku Ultra. Is there a problem with the Roku App?

We have some programs that have been setup to record the series that are not recording. I noticed in recording history that the recording was canceled for what appears to be a code (13). Sometimes it shows canceled because of code (7). What is going on? This is very frustrating. 

I have satellite Choice package. I use the app to stream my shows while at work. I logged in today and what used to be most of my satellite channel streamable, now the channel has been reduced drastically. Has Directv updated the list of channels can be watched on the internet?

I have Directv app on latest Firestick. I have Directv via satellite with Genie dvr.  I can watch Directv via the app on firestick connected to a tv.  But my firestick remote does not have number buttons so how do I type in, for example, channel 304 or 229?  Now to change channels I

It appears this issue has been a problem with your customers since as far back as 2018, according to other threads. Here we are in 2023 and the same issue exists. Why has there been no resolution? What do you suggest for customers that pay you for a service that INCLUDES ESPN and can’t access?
