Roku won't load library in DirectTV App

When I try to load my library in the DirecTV app on my Roku, it doesn't work. I can get it to work on my Chromecast with Google TV and on my Fire TV Stick. It just won't work on my Roku Ultra. Is there a problem with the Roku App?

When you mean 'library' are you referring to your DVR recordings from your Genie HDDVR or are you referring to something else? Sorry for my misunderstanding, I don't use the app often so I'm not familiar with the terminology.

directvhelp I believe the link you sent will direct the OP to DIRECTV STREAM help, not DIRECTV satellite. I'd also prefer to have the discussion kept public as having the solution available to more members is much more valuable than a solution only known by one person, the OP.

Yeah, I've done all of that since they are basic troubleshooting steps. On the Chromecast and the Fire TV stick I get a message to select the DVR that I want to view recordings from. On the Roku app it says to open the Roku app on my tablet or phone to refresh the list. That never works. All other functions work on the Roku app, just not the viewing of recorded programs. It looks like the Roku app is buggy.

The troubleshooting steps on the link work for the app on Roku devices, regardless of your type of service, SATELLITE or STREAM.
