Watching DIRECTV

Recently I installed the DirecTv app on my Fire stick. I get DirecTv through the complex I rent from. When I put my credentials in, hit sign in. I have gotten 3 care codes. The codes are in sequence, 602, 600 then 24 hours later, 902. I have uninstalled the app multiple times. Rebooted my router. Al

I watch when I am away from my satellite on my iPad or a FireStick. I’ve deleted the apps and reinstalled on both. Keep getting blank screen or error message. Can’t stream anything.

Have an intermittent problem while using the Directv App with an iPad Pro 12.9" 6th Generation running iPadOS 18.1.1 while streaming MSNBC for instance the screen will go black at times while the audio continues and then at times the screen will go black and the audio will stop. Any thoughts would

I obtained a Gemini about 4 months ago and since day 1 when I turn the TV/Gemini receiver on in the morning I get choppy/video on all channels for that TV(not every day but most). I have to turn off TV and gemini and turn back on then it is fine.  Today when I try this fix it doesnt work. 

When I sign in all I get is a black screen on the app. Worked yesterday.   Felted app and downloaded again and the same. My wife said that she was kicked out and had to sign in again and she gets the black screen. Anyone else having the same with app?

If I have read the reports correctly, it seems as though part of the new deal agreed to by DTV and Disney allows customers with certain DTV packages to get the Disney Bundle (Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+) for free. I already pay for that bundle separately. I was wondering if anyone knows how to go about

Why are so many of the Phillies broadcasts unavailable on extra innings? We have to watch the other teams broadcasts frequently even though we are no where near local to Philadelphia.  It seems like most other teams have both broadcasts available.

The NewsMix channel doesn't seem to be on the streaming option provided with my account. Why? Am I missing something? Is there any other streaming option for it? Thanks

Pandora stops playing a song after 1 minute. I reset both my receiver and signed off Pandora and signed back on and still is a problem

Seems like the number of Canadian team broadcasts fell sharply in 2022-2023 and now as 2023-2024 season started, no Flames broadcasts, maybe 3 Jets, 2 Senators broadcasts when playing against US teams (only US team broadcast in the channel lineup). Anyone else noticing this? I tried asking Support,
