recording programs

I keep getting the message "can't record this program because this location is not connected to the network."  How do I fix this?

The error message usually means the receiver has lost its Whole-Home network connection, @TBarbot.

when checking the Whole-Home network in settings it states 'No networked DVR's found.' My receiver info: H25/500, ID: 0368 5594 3803.  How can I fix the problem? Thank you

Is that your only receiver? If so you can't record anything as it doesn't have a hard drive to record to plus it really doesn't need to be connected to the internet as again there is no hard drive to buffer On Demand.
