Used to love listening to the 80s station on music choice, directv satellite, but it seems like in the last month or so, someone has decided to remix all songs and add really annoying echoey sound effects. Please go back to playing the songs as originally recorded!

Last night I rented Fly Me To The Moon and the movie froze up about 40 minutes in. I refreshed my box online and rebooted it manually. I’m still not able to play the movie through. I can start it again, but each time it freezes again the same spot. Can I get a credit back on my account?

a series that was setup for recording starts late and ends before the end of episodes. i want to extend the length of the record time but cannot find series recording management that was easily found before the recent controls change.

Anyone else having pixilation on the USA Network Channel? All of the NASCAR races on USA ae hard to watch due to this issue.  When streaming takes over, there goes my recording the race!

I am attempting to apply for the credit for the Disney channels that were missing. TV promise.com will not let me apply. It only says... Service updates for DIRECTV in Pittsburgh PA There are no channel disputes impacting your service at this time"   Please help!

This is the second time in two months that Direct TV has dropped a channel because they are "Negotiating". We pay their bills and the CEO gets their money. They should be negotiating before the contract expire and not put the VIEWERS who pay their bills in the middle. I for one am tired of this cra
