Watching DIRECTV STREAM

Directv stream has really gone down the gutter between there useless interface and now I can’t change my package on my account page.

I went to my account page looking to downgrade to the choice package the only option I get is the essentials package?another reason to cancel directv stream.

I record a lot of movies on DVR to watch later. I like to watch them in the order I recorded them. Right now, the recorded titles show the most recently recorded movie at the top of the list, so I have to scroll for a while before I can get to the one I recorded first. Is there any way to sort libra

The stream app on my Smart tv will lose connection multiple times a day. Live sports come in blurry and lag. This is not an internet issue, because all my other apps work perfectly. This is the most frustrating experience. Thinking about changing streaming services.

I have DirecTV Streaming. I use a Roku for one TV and a Firestick for another TV.  I have recorded various tv shows using series recordings because I watch them every day.  Now, I can't stop the series recordings.  If I want to stop them, I have to go to each day they will be recorde

Seems simple, but using Directtv stream app on Apple TV. If I'm watching a TV show live, and then want to record what's left of it, how do I record it? Nothing seems to work at all. I found I can start the app on my iPhone and record it there, but that's not a solution. Thanks
