Watching DIRECTV STREAM

Google play app will not open to add new password. When I select Google play app I see the message “ Authentication is required .  You need to sign in to your Google Account.” But where do I sign in at to update the app?

We have 3 televisions on direct t.v. that display the “are you still watching” message. Two have the Direct TV box, and I have found instructions how to turn power saving off. I downloaded the Directv streaming app to my firestick and that was OK. Then when you go to select a TV station, or movie it will not allow me to select the "live" button. On the phone for 1 1/2 hrs and AT&T could not solve the problem.Any ideas??

When I turn on the tv there is an advertisement for subscribing to starz. The dismiss button does not work and I’m blocked from watching tv. I can’t find a way around this screen. I do not want starz, I want this advert taken out if my way. It’s been five days if this nonsense. Please help.
