Getting Message - There's a problem with this channel
Getting Message "There's a problem with this channel. Whoops, looks like the video feed for this channel isn't working. Please choose something else to watch wile they try to get it going again."
This only occurs on the local NBC (KFOR) affiliate and is becoming more and more frequent.
Please help.

This is a problem with your local channel NBC as they give DIRECTV STREAM the content. You should get in contact with NBC KFOR and let them know about the issue. Just to confirm, does this error occur on all of your devices? If you have friends or family that have DIRECTV STREAM nearby, do they also have issues streaming NBC KFOR?

Yes, it occurs on all TV's within our house

@TomsTV thanks for that information. You should then verify that others near you who have DIRECTV STREAM also have this issue. If they do, contacting your local NBC station would be a good idea

Same issue. It first started about a year ago. It’ll stop for a while, and then the problem comes back. It happens randomly, several times an hour. After a lengthy call with Direct TV’s customer support, their solution is to “reboot”. So frustrating.

I’ve also been getting this message frequently. Mostly on NBC but has happened on other channels as well. Just happened on the fox channel while watching a basketball game.
