Why does my new Sony 4k TV not get any 4k programming on 104. 105 or 106?

Why can't DirecTV Streaming determine a workaround to extend the recording of events that had a delayed start due to the extension of the prior show? I have used the "work-around" of recording the event after my desired program, but I don't always remember and it seems odd this should be my respons

Volume on direct tv stream app on Apple TV box is extremely low. I have it set up thru sonos arc.   All other apps on Apple TV are all fine , direct tv stream is only app with the very low volume.

Unable to log into DirecTV Stream, but I am able to log into account on other iOS devices and computer.

Is NBA League Pass available on Directv Stream? I've read on the forum a couple of customers talking about that they've signed up for it but I don't see where to sign up for it.  Under my packages in the add ons it's not available anywhere.  I signed up for Directv Stream in July so this

When I pause my TV, it shows beautiful photos and we always wonder, "Where is that???" But we only see the photographer's name. Why can't Direct TV and Google add just one more line to identify the location of these photos?? 

Every day when first turned on you get audio but not video. I do a red button reset and I'm good for the rest of the day. System is 6 weeks old and on 2nd gemini box, both does the same thing. Wired to AT&T wifi system with ethernet cable.  

I have a LG C2 2022 TV and just got a Amazon Firestick Max and DirectTv Stream. However the 105, 106, and 107 channels are not coming through in 4k, they appear to be just HD.  Any idea what to do to trigger 4k and HDR?
