Hi, @jhs33. Eachdevice displays a different range of future broadcast time, depending on the available screen space. You can view up to 14 days of future programs as long as your TV screen allows. I recommend checking your TV display Resolution. Here's how: Change Your Tv Screen Resolution | DIRECTV Customer Service & Support Mark, DIRECTV Community Specialist
I have a Sony XBR65X930B and a Sony KDL40w600B. The problem is on both guides. The XBR is connected via a Gemini Air andthe KDL is connected by a C71KW200.
Please try this: -Go into settings -System -Display -Turn off HDR -Set screen resolution to 1080p. Let us know if this works. Mark, DIRECTV Community Specialist
Tried it. Does not fix the problem. When the guide only scrolled 3 lines it was alright but since they went to 6 lines the problem showed up. It seems to me they should set scrolling to 5 lines and this would fix the problem. Or they should give us the option of how many lines we want the scrolling to be.
We're sorry for any inconvenience. We'll consider your feedback and share it with our programming team to determine the next steps. Kenneth, DIRECTV Community Specialist
@jhs33 Scroll one line at at a time using the up and down arrow's above and below the OK button. Don't scroll using the channel up / down that pages the entire guide up and down
@Ludwick577 Thank you for your input. @jhs33 We have already raised a ticket for this issue and will keep you updated. Thank you for your patience. Kenneth, DIRECTV Community Specialist

All you have to do is scroll down. They recently increased the font size of the guide

When you scroll down the cut off line or channel is gone past the top. so you never get to see that channel.

That works but takes forever to search through the guide.

Well, that's the solution until the next software update.
