View All Buton Gone on On Demand search

When I go to On Demand and Do  Network Search and go tO tcm or Hallmark the view all button that is on the far right corner above the listings is no longer available  for selection. This happened when the layout went from horizontal or vertical.  Am not able to access the full array of movies any longer. Is available when I use online lap top veiwing bu not on Sony Bravis.
