Watching DIRECTV STREAM

I have Direct TV using Roku. How do I bookmark a movie so if and when it comes on it will record?

Has anyone been able to connect to DirecTV support via chat? I tried to start a chat 5 hours ago but there's still no response. I wanted to ask if DirecTV supports the watchTVanywhere service, which is needed to authenticate on some network apps.

The "watch now" button on the website and the DirecTV apps on my iPhone, Apple TV, etc. are not working. I can login to the Account Overview section of the website just fine, but whenever I hit the "Watch Now" button I get "Error Code 0017".  It's not recognizing my valid username and password
