Watching DIRECTV STREAM

I can’t watch my channel.  “Please try watching this content on another device, as it can’t be streamed to this one”.  I’ve only had this service for 2 weeks.  Now my favorite channel isn’t working.   Anyone know what to do to fix this?

My TV and remote have paored but the sound does not match up with the character's lips as they speak.  How do I fix that?  It was working fine before I changed TV's....thanks.

One thing that needs to be addressed is the utter lack of instructions for features. As a paying customer It's not my job or responsibility to be Guessing, figuring out, looking up or anything else on how to do something and nor will I. Case in point, WTH is the point to the bookmark feature? I'm

I have the new Fire Stick 4K, I have 3 of them, two at home that work fine. I am on vacation and I can use everything fine but I cannot see or watch any of my recorded shows.
