Paramount+ lagging on DirectVstream box
On my TV with a DirectVStream box and Ethernet connection there is long lag to load a show on Paramount+. This lag doesn't happen on my TVs connected via Wifi and Roku, nor my cell phone, or iPad. None of my other streaming apps lag on this TV. My internet speed tests fine. Why is it lagging through the DirectVStream box?

I pressed the red button and did the unplug. It reset. The lag hasn't changed. Again, it's only this app and only with the box.

We have checked the Gemini connection and can confirm that the internet network is experiencing a lot of buffering, which is causing content to load slowly and causing some crashes on the Paramount+ app. We recommend that you get in touch with your Internet service provider so that they can diagnose the issue and provide appropriate solutions to ensure that the Paramount+ app functions properly.
