Watching DIRECTV STREAM

I get this message on streaming gemini when trying to record a future local channel, any advice?

Why can’t I record the Opening Ceremonies of the Olympics? When I go to record it says the event time has already passed 🤷🏽‍♀️!

Subscription works on PC and Apple devices but cannot play content on Amazon Fire. There is no option to play content.  customer service claims there’s an “outage” but it’s been over 3 weeks?!

I'm new to Direct TV stream and have to log in each time to the app on my Samsung TV which is a pain. Does anyone know how to stay logged in to the app on the TV? Thanks, Frank

I just signed up for AppleTv+. I have Directv streaming service. The Apple TV app will not load. I have cleared cache twice, restarted 5 times. Still not able to open the app. Made sure updates were current…please help!
