Watching DIRECTV STREAM

Here is the link I use to access it. https://stream.directv.com/watchnow I have used it on my PC for years. All of a sudden the PCscreen stays blank.  what is the fix?

I live in Anaheim and has never had issues with Dodgers Directv Channel + Channel 690 SportsNet La before. Today both channels are blacked out.  Please advise on what to do?  Thanks.

The website only says it is available but there is no mention of which package has it and it is not listed in the channel lineup.

Why are the Cubs games being blocked on my Direct TV streaming. I live in Maine, well out of network. The spring training games were shown on the channel but now the regular season is being blocked by the broadcast.
