Can you change the skip forward setting from 30 seconds to 15 seconds for recorded shows?

Would like to know if you can change the skip forward and backward settings?  Skipping forward is at 30 seconds would prefer it to be 15 seconds and the skip backward at 30 seconds.  And can you change the size of the window when fast forwarding a show?  The window is so small you can’t really see what is going on to know when to stop.

Sorry, there's no way to change that.

Hi @BankstonTV, we understand you want the fast-forward options to be made in your preferred way. You can jump ahead for 30 seconds with your remote by selecting the Skip button and go back 6 seconds with the Replay button.

I'll make sure your suggestions about having the option to jump 15 seconds ahead and to provide a bigger size of the window when fast-forwarding reach our specialized team.

No updates. I doubt it's a high priority for them.

I'll add one more request to the list of changes you should make which makes the user experience of skipping forward 30 or backward 15, or using fast forward very irritating, that is darkening the main screen for 5 seconds when any of those options are selected.  There is no reason to darken the screen, all it does is make the next 5 seconds useless to watch because you can't see anything on the screen.  Allowing the user to select the # of seconds to jump forward or backward, not darkening the screen when any of those features are used, and having a larger fast forward/reverse window should not be that difficult to do...clearly they were designed that way and could easily be modified.  I'll help you design it:  For the fast forward/reverse, create a setting with options of 5, 15 and 30 seconds for both.  Let the user choose the setting for both.  For the darkened main screen, just comment out the code that dims the image.  For enlarging the window, make it 50% of the screen...better yet, just get rid of the small window and have the main screen just behave like the small window.
