U-verse App for phone does not allow me to log in.

I got a new iphone 13 and the U-verse app, which worked on my old Apple 7 phone,  won't let me log in using my att.net id and password.  

What can I do make it work?

Have you attempted to log in using your U-Verse member ID? This will be different from you access ID.

 

Give that a try and let us know if it works!

The correct ID is found by logging into the myAT&T app in your profile and will be listed in the Uverse TV section.  If that doesn’t work, some are having success creating a subaccount and using those credentials.
