I can not log in to direct tv stream using my ATT fiber 1000 on my smart devices. I can log in using my Verizon hot spot from my cell phone. Can I get help with this?

I keep getting a message stating I am streaming on more than 2 devices in my home and the only way to resolve is to reset my network setting. I only have one more before I reach my max for the 12 month period. How can i fix this permanently?

New directv streaming box

I have been having extreme difficulty navigating the Directv app on two different Apple TV's. The app responds slowly to remote input, and often decides to move the cursor in completely different directions to what is input on the remote. I have encountered this issue on two different Apple TV units

My series that I have set to record frequently get interuped interrupted buy the show that came before it. Therefore my show doesn't record the whole show which is very annoying. What can I do to see the whole show?
