Streaming Setup & Equipment

When attempting to record a show I get an "Unavailable Now" or "Something went wrong" message. My DirecTV Stream box is connected to the network via an Ethernet Cable. I do not think this should affect Cloud DVR recording. Is it necessary to be on WiFi? I just signed up (and paid) for DirecTV Stream

Sound from C71KW-400 is terrible. Up & down volumes, dead spots, & out of sync voices. Is there a problem with this remote? Is there a replacement device for streaming Directv.

Recently, I noticed that my Osprey boxes are showing up on my phone when I turn on Bluetooth. They also disappear soon thereafter. Each of the boxes is wired via Ethernet. Why are these boxes broadcasting Bluetooth signals? I never noticed this before now.
