DirectTV Never received Streaming box returned by store

I JUST got a $110 charge for a DirectTV Stream box that was returned IN PERSON to a store the same day my trial service was cancelled. I probably had the service less than a week. Returned on 4/20, charged today 5/1. Called customer service and they asked when I returned it and to provide tracking.
