wondering if there is a way to record from the YouTube app on my smart tv

I have changed WiFi providers and when I try to sign into the account it sees my network name but it won’t accept my password even though it’s the correct password. I’ve tried every type of reset I can think of but it’s the second day and it still won’t let me log in.
