Streaming Setup & Equipment

My remote controls everything but the volume from an adjacent room. It will however control the volume when I am in the same room as the TV which is connected to the Gemini device. Is there a way to control everything including the volume from an adjacent room?

If you can not provide parent control what is this the stone ages there is software for it/why do you have on your service when you can not provide it very misleading a little bate and sale/ with this I will no longer be able to use service

I was talked in to getting a Gemini device from Directv customer service and after receiving the device and making sure is it installed correctly it won't sign in. I called customer service twice only to be told they have no idea when the issue will be fixed after they walked me through resetting th

When I push the button the voice command br shows up. But when I speak the command the "LITTLE WORM" just stays still and the "TRY SAYING" dialog shows up.

Is the only way to get help from DirecTV is to be on hold for over 2 hours and then to be disconnected? I wrote a long 1 star yelp review. They messaged me to connect to facebook. I did and they were of no help. Can't wait for my contract to end. And these people stay in business?

My DirecTV streaming box receives its signal via Wifi from my router. Everything has worked flawlessly from the beginning. I also use streaming apps for Prime Video, Discovery+ and Paramount+. These have also been sent via Wifi from my router directly to my LG smart TV. The Discovery+ and Paramount+

I just got my brand new Gemini Air to beta test. So far so good, The only issue that I had was it did not want to install the first time and needed a restart. The whole setup process took about 45 mins. I really see no difference between the Gemini/Osprey Box and the Gemini Air other than the pictur
