Has anyone experienced this issue while trying signing up for Directv with internet. It won’t take any payment method like visa, Mastercard any kind of debit or cards. It keep saying authorization decline. We can’t validate. Please try another different card. My cards are find. I called the bank and

The app available on my new Samsung smart TV doesn't have the ability to choose a profile. My old tv with a Roku had profiles, as do my phone and tablet apps. Did the profile option not get rolled out to that app??

After about 6 months of Directv streaming I suddenly get a tax on on my billing statement of $9.21. I called Directv and all that could tell me is that it’s a New Jersey tax for service. Can anyone tell me what’s going on here? Why suddenly after 6 months I am getting this charge?
