My condo building just signed up for a bulk account with DirecTV. We received instruction to go to www.directv.com/mycommunity to register. That web page does not exist. I got a 404 error code. Please provide updated instructions to register.

I stream without a box and cannot seem to record. How do I do that now since latest upgrade?
