New roku

I just bought a new Roku to replace my old one. Everything is working fine except when I try to access direct tv. It’s all different than it was. I lost all my channels that I had. What can I do to fix this

What do you mean--you lost all the channels you had? In the guide, or?

Do you have different profiles setup on your Dtv account? Maybe you chose the wrong one when you logged in. --If not, uninstall and reinstall the app again. If it still glitches---restart the Roku.
