You may want to try another HDMI input before you spend the money on a new HDMI cable.

That is an HDCP error. This means the system thinks there is something in the chain that violates the HDCP "secret handshake".

Make sure HDMI cables are secure and free of debris on both ends.

Red button reset your DirecTV box.

Unplug all HDMI devices and try them one at a time (can narrow down which cable or device is causing the issue).

Check for any firmware/software updates on the TV.

Unplug the TV from power for a couple minutes (since no reset button)

Try another HDMI port on the TV or another HDMI cable (if you have one).

Ideally this will fix the issue, or at least confirm if the TV, DirecTV box, HDMI cord, or another connected device is the culprit. Also make sure you're not using a "smart" power strip as they don't work well with DirecTV equipment and can cause incorrect status between it and your TV.
