DirecTV Perks Rewards & Offers Catalog: Has never offered billing credits or gift cards, only sweepstakes and instant win
I am trying to figure out why I have never been able to claim a billing credit or gift card through the DirecTV Perks program. I have only been able to enter monthly sweepstakes and do those occasional 1-entry only instant win offers. As of this writing I have 1665 tokens (just used 300 tokens toward the Big Screen TV Giveaway before coming here). Reading the Perks terms and conditions, I cannot find anything relevant to me that would disqualify me from receiving reward offers for billing credits, gift cards, merchandise, etc.
I have been a Streaming App + Gemini customer since early October 2025 (first time subscriber). I am subscribed to the Choice channel package and lease 1 Gemini device for $10/month. I signed up for DirecTV Perks a few days later using the same email as my DTV account. I assume my account is in good standing since my payment history is perfect. I visit the DirecTV Perks website 3-5 times a week to answer the trivia questions on Mondays and Thursday, to spin the wheel once per week, and to see if there are any new rewards to claim. I receive the occasional email containing a link to claim a billing credit, but of course I click it and it says, offer not available.
Back in March I contacted customer service via chat to notify them of an error with a March Madness trivia question...they had a wrong answer set as the correct answer to the question. I also asked about the billing credit and gift card offers and was told those are only for "select customers." However, they could not tell me what the criteria is to be a "select customer."
Oh, I do have a Spotify Premium 4-months free offer on my Perks account, but that offer already existed on my DTV account for about 2 months before it appeared in my Perks rewards and offers.
I realize this is a community forum and an absolute resolution would have to come from DirecTV, but I am just looking for likely reasons why I am not receiving any "premium" redemption offers.

It’s great to see you’re already racking up tokens, @joejoevibe! Since you joined us in October, you’re currently in our Rising Star tier (0–2 years). While all members get sweepstakes, 'premium' rewards like bill credits and gift cards are often released to select customers or those in higher tenure tiers. Keep saving those tokens—they’re good for 12 months, and you'll see more offers as you graduate to the next tier! 💙 Charles, DIRECTV Community Team
