I get the message Sorry, we have no programs at this time that match the filter you selected. I was sent a new DVR to fix the problem, but here I am, two days later with the same issue.

We currently do not have the universal remote. Our current remote needs to be replaced, can we use the universal remote direct offers with the satellite dish? Thank you

TV turns on by itself

I can get the power to work on my remote but every time I program it the power works but not the volume. I can get the volume to work but as soon as I hit "it worked" on the screen it clears out the volume. But the power still works.

I have a Genie and when traveling I will watch some shows from my dvr. Some shows are not available. If I add the Gemini, will I be able to access more from my dvr or is it the same. TIA
