On demand not working

I get the message Sorry, we have no programs at this time that match the filter you selected. 

I was sent a new DVR to fix the problem, but here I am, two days later with the same issue.

Hi @Jarsheart. We're sorry you're having issues with your On Demand. Possible causes may be that the receiver was connected to the Internet within the last 24 hours, or the required equipment is not on the account. Could you please specify which type of receiver you're using? - Lorie, DIRECTV Community Specialist
