I have three Sony TVs and DTV genies for each one. As of last week, none of my remotes will turn the TV off. The on button will turn off the tv but turns the genie back on. i have reset and reprogrammed the remotes but still no good. whats the deal? They were all working fine up till now.

Your instructions I've done many times do NOT work!   There is broken cc and mostly none at all on the programs. 

I just learned that only 1 remote works with 1 tv. I want to connect 4 direct tv remotes.  Any work around?
