It is not possible to delete shows off phone. I've tried everything and nothing works and it's really (Edited per community guidelines) me off.

How can I connect HR24 to a network. I was able to in the past, but there no longer exist that option under Settings -> Internet Setup.

Attempting to change my receiver names to better identify which tv I am controlling. I have 16 receivers in my restaurant and I need to streamline the control of them prior to football season. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I currently have a HR 44 and a AM21 off air adapter. If I request a Gemimi can I still use the AM21 for off air receptions.

We have added a Gemini back in January. It works well with the exception that it displays Spanish CC’s instead of English on Channels 402 and local 25 for some shows that have CC in English on CC3.  This works correctly on my Genie Minis and worked on the main receiver prior to the Gemini bein

Can you provide me with the procedure to control an H24 Receiver, Bose Soundbar 600, and Samsung TV and DVD Player using either a DirecTV or Bose Universal Remote. Thanks
