Channel button not working in the Guide

We have a Gemini remote for our Direct TV. All of the buttons work except now the channel button doesn’t work in the Guide so we are not able to scroll through the channels quickly. Any suggestions?

SCAM from DIRECT TV trying to collect money from me 4 years later.. no contact til now by mail or otherwise should of stuck with DISH

I received a call from someone I thought was a scam call saying I owed attnt/direct tv. I receive a call from collection agency 4 years after I turn off service saying I owe the following... so I called direct tv directly because I never received any call or mail saying this.. even now nothing!!

Scheduled programs not recording with reason: "This episode was canceled because of a programming update (13)"

Sometimes scheduled programs do not record and when I check recording history I see the message "This episode was canceled because of a programming update (13)." What is the workaround for this. I would think that any sort of system or schedule upgrade would first check for in-progress or scheduled

No complete scheduled recording AFTER down satellite???

I have a continuing problem. When my satellite goes out during a storm, even for a minute, it is causing an interruption in my scheduled recordings afterwards.
