I have three boxes in my house, one H44 and two C51-700s. What's the best upgrade path to actually have DVR? I've already had DirecTV for more than two years now in good standing.

DirecTV installed three Gemini units during the summer of 2024. When a DirecTV technician came out in November due to issues with the Gemini units, the technician told us the Gemini is not compatible with Genie, that we never should have been sold on the Gemini product so long as we have a Genie.

I would like to mount an OTA antenna next to my satellite dish, and multiplex it with the satellite feed. Inside the house I would then demultiplex the coax in front of my Genie 2 server so I can connect the OTA side to a HomeRun wireless device to watch OTA broadcasts on my TVs. Is this possible?

I am trying to delete recordings and all I get is please wait... than it seems to get stuck. I have to turn off the box to get it to stop and to be able to watch TV.  The dvr won't erase any recordings whether individually or grouped... 

My DirectTV remote stopped working with my TCL TV today. The menu and channel buttons still work, but I cannot turn the TV on or off, and the volume buttons do not work.  The remote is a RC66RX and the TCL is a 43S405.  It was working just fine for the past four years until this morning.&

Do I need to download google assistant for this to work? And if so where do I download this feature?

There is no LG UHD 43UT70 selection when trying to set my direct tv remove. Any ideas what to use? Thanks for any info. Randy

I installed a over-the-air antenna where the satellite dish was, then connected to that existing cable. When I did that, nothing came through.In addition, it blocks my ability to search broadcasted channels on my smart t v. Please advise, thank you
