If I have the streaming subscription at home, is there a way to piggy back this with the "satellite version" with an RV receiver?

I received a 5109 error on my Genie device which displays an error screen that says use the supplied power supply. I am using the supplied power supply.  I unplugged it to reset the device and when it rebooted I received the same error code?   I do not know what else to do.
