To pay your bill you do so by logging into your account on the DirecTV website. AT&T no longer owns any share in DirecTV as that sale completed last year.
If you have a joint/combined bill between DirecTV and AT&T (as they were joint billing partners), you would have to pay AT&T. This is because DirecTV bills AT&T and then AT&T bills you to reimburse them essentially. Be aware in this case any partial payments go towards AT&T first as they prioritize their own finances.
