Problem view my tv package

I wanted to activate my espn unlimited but when I sign into directv account I can't view My TV Package. I tried on my computer and my phone.

Do you get an error? What do you see?

If by any chance you have a grandfathered package, traditionally it will not have the full details online and you have to call their website is designed for current options.

You could always try the normal troubleshooting of different browser, clear cookies/cache, etc. However that error message says they cannot pull what you need, so something on their side. Either try another time or call for any changes.

I tried to call but the activation that needs to be done has to be done by me through the online account services.

Give it a try after the weekend (including normal troubleshooting steps for website). If still not working they have some social media contact and of course a BBB complaint (sends up to corporate level).

Unless you are lucky enough to get offered a DM (direct message) from the official forum team. I know they were fixing things on the forum itself (issues for about a month), so they might have a bit of a backlog in their workload.
