DIRECTV STREAM Setup & Equipment

I am getting a message anytime that i open the directv Stream app on ANY of my fire sticks that says "no internet connection..." This is only happening on the directv stream app and again, all of my firesticks.  here is what I have tried so far: - cleared cache on dtv stream app - force quit

I don't understand why I can't change my plan from a byod plan without canceling. I don't want to cancel just to get a box. Is there no way to just add a monthly fee to my account and send me the box's?

We are in our late 80’s. The remote that came with Directv stream has small buttons and is all black.  Difficult for seniors to use.  Is there a better substitute for seniors?

Box shut down and is not responsive. Have tried unplugging for a couple of minutes but it's still dead. Tried the reset button with no luck. Remote has new batteries. When the remote on button is pushed it has two blue lights flashing slowly at the top........any ideas?
