Can’t use the Direct TV app on my firestick

When I sign in on the Firestick, it lets me sign in, but it only allows me to click on “try direct tv stream” and wants me to choose a plan and pay again. I called Direct Tv support and they thought I had signed in on too many devices. Since then, I have successfully signed in on the direct tv device, Samsung smart tv, iPhones and IPad. I thought it might be the firestick, so I bought a brand new 4k max, same problem. I just don’t know what else to do. Can someone please help?
