Hello : I have a box with AT&T TV logo in the system. How Can i get upgrade ? I think it's the firmware problem ... I try press the red button 7 times . update the system . I got stuck at the 3/4 part  , ERROR 5107 happened ... Try to repeat it , but no luck ... Please help.

DIRECT TV remote does not control volume. I have tried re-programming the remote several times...the remote does otherwise work. How do I get the remote to control the volume? Thanks-a-million!

One of our stream boxes seemed to loose all of our dvr recordings. I did several resets with no luck.   After further digging it seem that the box is auto signing into an account other than ours.  Under general info the location zip code is ours but the billing is somewhere else.  Al

We use Gemini streaming boxes because they are so convenient with the remotes. When we travel in our RV, I used to use one with VPN and it was fine. Now, when VPN is ON the Gemini streaming box will not connect to TV, or streaming apps like Netflix. I've actually tried our 2nd Gemini and stand alone

I have a lot of fire sticks and only one app won’t load. Direct TV Stream. Tech support said they can’t help. This started last week on every TV. All other apps (Hulu, You Tube TV, FUBO all of em) load perfectly she quickly. Tech was not interested. I cancelled my service and moving on.

My set up box hasn’t worked for the last 24 hours. No amount of rebooting, resetting, pulling the power plug in the back of the device is working. In need of some assistance. I just got directv service. I got the genie receiver in the living room and the gemini in the second bedroom. Anyway, the technician got the streaming remote connected to the receiver fine however for some reason it works perfectly except for the volume feature. The remot
