DIRECTV STREAM Setup & Equipment

Our power went out and reset the IP address on our home network. How do I match them up again so I can watch more than two devices? We have reset the home location 4 times already.

I don't and have never used this device can I return it? If by doing this will my the $15.99 "advanced Reciever Service" be eliminated?

How do you load it under servers what is the url you use? Not with the directv app Michael

TV in bedroom has had to be rebooted several times after tv in living room was setup. The reboot takes 2-3 minutes, the service is restored with what is on living room remote.   How do I stop this shutdown of bedroom tv and it resorts to what is living room.   Frustrating and no solution

Hi. Today my dad called and said the PREV button on his DIRECTV streaming remote doesn't work now.  For the past couple days, I had been troubleshooting a different issue with DIRECTV and they had me reset the receiver, set it back to factory settings and all re pair the remote several times.&

I'm just wondering how well the Stream app runs on them? Does the app take a huge amount of storage?  Does it crash often?  Is the UI hard with the FireTV remote? It may be finally time for me to jump ship from U-verse TV and I'm exploring this option along with a few others.

While watching any live tv on my Directtv stream box, after exactly 10 minutes it goes back to the 'Your TV' screen and I have to press ok on the remote to get back out of it to the channel. I can't find any settings at all causing this. Resetting the box stops it for a day or so but then it comes b

My direct box is a small dongle not a box and i want to connect a second remote to it

I cannot connect to directv stream through my samsung tv app that was downloaded. I get error care code 201 incrrect user id or passwordThe username and password are correct as I have set it up on my 2 other tvs via firestick.
